Terms of Use

Terms governing your use of this website and the Verdra Record SDK while it is in preview release.

Effective 2026-04-30 Version 0.1

These are preview terms. The Verdra Record SDK is in pre-commercial pilot; production deployments are governed by an engagement-specific Master Services Agreement that supersedes these terms.

1. Scope

These terms apply to the public Verdra website at verdra.co and to any preview-stage access to the Verdra Record SDK granted by Verdra. They do not govern production deployments under a signed MSA, which control the commercial relationship.

2. Demonstration content

The Capture simulator and Record console pages on this site show illustrative fixtures. Names, transaction values, hashes, party identifiers, and Evidence Package fields are synthetic. Nothing on these pages constitutes a real transaction, a real adjudication, or any kind of legal advice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use this site to violate applicable law, (b) attempt to compromise the security or availability of the site, (c) scrape or republish the content for the purpose of competing with Verdra without a written license, or (d) misrepresent the demonstration fixtures as production output of any party.

4. Intellectual property

The Verdra Rules (V0.1 and later versions), the Evidence Package schema, and the design of the Verdra Record SDK are the property of Verdra. The Rules are published for public reference. Other materials on this site are made available for evaluation; redistribution or derivative works require written permission.

5. No warranty during preview

The site and the preview SDK are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Verdra disclaims liability for any losses arising from reliance on the preview content. Production-stage warranties are negotiated per engagement.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes arising from the public website fall to the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec. Production deployments may stipulate a different forum and governing law in their MSA.
